At Ironwood Gutter Guard, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we may offer a return or refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility

  • Returns and refunds are only considered within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be in their original, unopened boxes and in resalable condition.

  • All returns and refunds are at the sole discretion of Ironwood Gutter Guard.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Customers must contact us first before sending any product back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • To request a return, please provide your order number, purchase details, and reason for the request.

  • Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your product.

Refund Process

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated by Ironwood Gutter Guard.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used boxes of gutter guards.

  • Products not in their original packaging.

  • Items returned without prior authorization.
