Products must be in their original, unopened boxes and in resalable condition.

Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated by Ironwood Gutter Guard.
